Ingredients
2 slice Sandwich bread
2 pieces cabbages
1/4 Carrot
1/4 Onion
2 Eggs
1 slice American Cheese
3Tbsp Butter
1/2tsp Salt
2Tbsp Ketchup
3Tbsp Sugar
Preparation
Step 1_Prepare the ingredients.
Slice the onion,carrot and cabbage.
Step 2_Cook the veggie, egg pancake.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the sliced onion,carrot,cabbage and 1/2tbs salt, 1tbsp sugar. ; Mix together.
In a medium pan, heat 1tbsp butter on medium -high until hot.
Add veggie and egg mix. ;Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side and cook throughly.
Transfer to a cutting board.
Place slice of cheese on the pancake and Loosely cover with lid or foil to keep warm.
Step 3_Cook the bread and serve your dish
In the same pan, heat 1tbsp butter on medium-high until hot.
Toast the bread per side until browned.
After cooked 1 slices of bread, add 1tbsp butter and toast the other bread per side until browned.
turn off the heat.
On the bread, put 1tbsp sugar add egg pancake with cheese, 2tbsp ketchup and close together.
